At Ovejas Negras Crew, we create art you can wear. Each items handmade, one by one, with intention, not perfection.

Because of that, we donot accept returns for minor imperfections or personal preference.

please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All sales are final

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you received meets one of the condition listed below.

2. Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color)

•The item arrived severely damaged or completely unwearable. 

• The product is unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return?

1. Contact us at support@oncrewclothes.com with your order number, Clear photo and a description of the issue.

2. Once received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved.

3. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Note: Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 15 days to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• We do not offer refunds on gift cards or discounted items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@oncrewclothes.com.

5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Minor stitching imperfections.

• Slight size differences (handmade garments may vary slightly)

•Fabric inconsistencies or fading due to artisanal techniques.

•Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

• Final sale or discounted items.

6. Shipping 

•If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or severely damaged), we will cover the return shipping.

•If the return does not meet the valid reasons above, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, and the return may be denied.

By placing and order, you agree to this return policy and understand that our garments are created with soul, not machines.
